About the Owner - Kathy Kafka is a 51 year old  mom of four children and owner of Complete Natural Blends, a company that offers natural products for natural health.  Kathy lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  She has a B.S. in Human Sciences from Florida State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Barry University.

With research, expertise, passion and experience, we are offering the best quality products available for natural health.  I grew up health oriented, and my father always said "you are what you eat".   But when my mother passed away six years ago of cancer, I began to research health alternatives.  When I learned that many health problems originate in the intestinal tract, I was motivated to learn more.  In order to share my research, I compiled enough information to write booklets to sell with our products.  I believe it is not enough to sell a product, but to give your customer information that will help them live a healthier life.  My goal is for everyone to reach optimum health.

I continued to increase my product line after I met my fiance Ron four years ago.  Ron was suffering from sickness continually.  He could not sleep, always getting up to urinate several times a night, and other illnesses.  Researching herbal remedies, I formulated several blends for him and because they were so successful Ron is healthier than he has ever been.  He has not had stomach problems in three years, The Complete Natural Intestinal Blend cleansed his intestinal tract.  He never gets up during the night to urinate, the Prostate Herbal Blend decreased the size of his prostate.  The brilliance of his A.D.D. has been exposed.  Healthy habits along with the Rooibos A.D.D. Tea brought out his inventiveness, and creativity  Ron is now writing beautiful poems which he never thought he could do.  He is now referred to as the "A.D.D. Poet."

I have four wonderful children, three in college and one recent grad.  My son suffered from high blood pressure for about six months.  I researched and formulated an herbal blend he took for one week.  His blood pressure has been normal since.
