Water

Water is important for good health.  It can prevent dehydration which can occur when more fluids leave the body and than you take in.  Dehydration can cause headaches, fatique, unclear thinking, mood change, dizziness, nausea, muscle cramps,  dry skin and mouth, sunken and dry eyes, dark urine and strong Urine Odor , and Constipation .  Severe complications include; kidney failure, seizures, swelling of the brain, and palpitations.  Tap water may be the least expensive, but depending on where you live may be unsafe with concerns of chlorine, contaminants and bacteria.   A filtered water system may be healthier than water right from the tap.  Drink water from a glass.  Plastic water bottles are associated with being improperly disposed of, and plastic bottles may contain toxic chemicals. Water makes up over 70% of the body, and is an essential nutrient for regulating digestion and eliminating toxins.

Water is the easiest way to maintain good health and to prevent disease and sickness.   A general rule of thumb is to drink about eight, 8 oz. glasses of water a day.
